We’re looking for energetic, service-driven individuals to join our team at a brand-new wine bar in the heart of Glasgow’s Merchant City. With a vibrant atmosphere and a focus on quality wines, cocktails, and bites, this is your chance to be part of something truly special.

Location: Merchant City, Glasgow
Hours: Wednesday - Sunday

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide friendly and professional service to all guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
Guide Guests: Assist customers in exploring our wine list and signature cocktails, offering suggestions that enhance their visit.
Maintain Ambiance: Help create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring the bar is always inviting.
Support the Team: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service and a positive working environment.
Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to the presentation of drinks and food offerings, ensuring high standards are met.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred, especially in a busy environment.
Wine & Cocktail Knowledge: A passion for wines and cocktails is essential; any relevant training is a plus.
Customer-Focused: You enjoy providing memorable experiences and making every guest feel valued.
Team Player: Willing to support your teammates and jump in where needed to keep service running smoothly.
