Join the Close Brothers Asset Finance Team where you will deliver a seamless and compliant service across the customer lifecycle focused on in-life activities (excluding collections).
Working as part of the Sales Operations team our ideal team member will have previous experience in ensuring accurate onboarding, effective communication, and a consistently high standard of customer experience with excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Empathetically communicate with customers through available channels including telephone, post and email

Handle service requests across all channels (email, portal, post, and telephone) ensuring compliance with policies and SLAs

Accurately capture service requests received by email, portal, post or telephone

Manage inbound requests from sales, sales support, and broker support, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and SLAs
-
Conduct customer due diligence, including risk assessment, verification of beneficial ownership, and validation of identity and address documents

Prepare and issue finance and security documentation in line with credit approvals, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Work proactively to achieve individual and team performance targets

Act as a first line of defence by remaining vigilant to risks and escalating concerns appropriately

Experience of providing excellent Customer support

Good knowledge of Microsoft Products
- Previous knowledge and experience of the Financial Services Industry and in similar operational or customer facing roles

Previous knowledge and experience of the Asset Finance industry.
