Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Fish Fryer, where your passion for food preparation and cooking will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for expertly preparing and frying fish to perfection, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of quality and flavour. Duties

Prepare fresh fish according to our high standards
Operate deep fryers efficiently and safely to cook fish to perfection
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the frying ranges, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed
Assist in meal preparation by supporting other frying staff with prep and plating as needed
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality and safety of all foods
Serve dishes promptly, ensuring presentation meets company standards
Follow all health regulations and safety procedures diligently during food handling and cooking processes

Qualifications

Prior experience in fish frying is a requirement.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures.
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques, especially frying methods.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving customers and staff.
Basic culinary experience with an understanding of kitchen equipment and safety standards
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving menu offerings
