We are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded and detail-focused Buying Administrator who embodies these values and is excited to contribute to the success of one of the UK's leading watch & jewellery retailers.

Position

As a Buying Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our buying team, handling a variety of tasks that keep everything running efficiently, including:

Purchase Order Management - Create, process, and maintain purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely acknowledgments from suppliers.

Product Data & System Management - Keep product details up-to-date, set up new lines, and maintain range plans.

Supplier Coordination - Build strong relationships with suppliers, chase deliveries, and resolve queries.

Stock Monitoring & Allocation - Track stock levels, forecast best sellers, and ensure stores have the right products at the right time.

Online Product Support - Work with the web team to ensure accurate product listings and images for e-commerce.

Customer & Internal Enquiries - Provide excellent service to stores and manage special order paperwork.

Reporting & Analysis - Assist with sales reports, pricing updates, and performance analysis.

General Admin Support - Organize documentation, schedule supplier meetings, and support the buying team.

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data entry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Previous experience in buying, merchandising, or administration is a plus
