- Hours: Full Time (36 Hours)
- Working Pattern: Monday-Friday
Key responsibilities:
- Provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to senior management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Act as a key communication link between internal teams, senior leaders and external stakeholders, handling enquiries professionally

Manage complex diaries, arranging and prioritising meetings and appointments efficiently
-
Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting documentation
-
Organise and attend meetings, including minute taking and timely distribution of notes and actions
-
Maintain accurate filing systems and manage data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies

Support a range of administrative processes, including HR systems, recruitment activity and performance reporting
Knowledge, training, qualifications and/or experience required to do the job:
- HNC or SVQ3 in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy and varied workload

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders

Experience of diary management, minute-taking, and producing high-quality documents and reports

Ability to work independently using initiative while also contributing effectively as part of a team

High level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
