When Civerinos started out, Mr C wanted to create the kind of place you could hang out with family and friends. A cool, independent, family-owned neighbourhood pizza bar based on his time in NYC and nod to his Italian roots. The journey so far has been incredible. Staying true to Nonna’s own recipes and throwing in some NYC attitude (that Nonna would have backhanded for), Civerinos has been serving New York, Italian street food to Edinburgh since 2014.

Position Overview: We are looking for skilled and passionate Pizza Chefs to join our kitchen team. As a Pizza Chef at Civerinos, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature pizzas, maintaining the highest quality standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook pizzas according to Civerinos' recipes and standards.

· Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

· Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.

· Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled safely.

· Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.

· Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

· Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
