Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Qualified Early Years Teacher to join our full-time team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young learners through engaging lesson planning, curriculum development, and nurturing classroom environments. The ideal candidate will bring energy, expertise, and a genuine passion for early childhood education to help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Duties

Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards and promote holistic development.
Deliver engaging lessons across subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to foster a love of learning.
Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
Support children with special educational needs through early intervention strategies and tailored learning approaches.
Monitor and assess individual progress using standardized testing methods and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external specialists to ensure comprehensive child welfare and developmental support.
Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, student progress, behavior management strategies, and classroom activities.

Qualifications

Recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3 or higher).
Proven classroom management skills with experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings.
Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques.
Experience in curriculum development, literacy education, and teaching physical education.
Familiarity with Montessori methods and standardized testing procedures is desirable.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents.
