Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across various sectors. This role offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals with a passion for sales and customer service to excel in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a proactive attitude to succeed.

Duties

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through B2B channels, networking, and market research
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring mutual benefit
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions for clients
Manage sales pipelines efficiently using IT tools and CRM systems
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or related roles, ideally within a similar industry
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Valid driving licence with the ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events
Familiarity with IT systems, CRM software, and MS Office applications
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player
Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential
