Job Overview

Paper Wings Café (Leicester) is looking for an experienced Barista with a genuine passion for specialty coffee to join our team full-time. This isn't an entry-level role — we need someone who can already pull a proper shot and pour confident latte art from day one.

Responsibilities

Prepare consistent, high-quality espresso-based drinks and pour confident latte art
Deliver warm, attentive customer service in a fast-paced environment
Handle cash/till transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and equipment
Support with stock and daily operations as needed
Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

Genuine specialty coffee / barista experience required — this role is not suitable for beginners, and full training will not be provided from scratch
Confident, consistent latte art
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in the quality of their work
Happy to commute daily to Leicester, or willing to relocate to Leicester
