A home, not just a service

Hepburn Court is home for six adults with physical and sensory disabilities. We’re in the peaceful town of Glenrothes in Fife within walking distance of shops, hairdressers and medical facilities.

West Lodge is home for six adults with physical, sensory and learning disabilities. We’re in the peaceful town of Glenrothes in Fife, within walking distance from hairdressers and medical facilities. We’re not far from Kirkcaldy, St Andrews and Edinburgh.

Your working hours

This is a full-time role, with flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota. You’ll also take part in our on-call system to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Hours are between 08:00 and 22:00, be a mixture of early and late shifts..

What you'll do

Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
Organise rotas and ensure the right staffing levels at all times
Support with training, development, and supervision of staff
Work alongside customers to achieve their goals and promote independence
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
Step in to provide hands-on care and administer medication when needed

What helps you shine here

Experience in a supervisory role within a care setting
A relevant qualification (NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent)
Good communication, organisational, and leadership skills
A warm, supportive, and motivating approach to working with others
Willingness to work flexibly and take part in the on-call rota
