The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Onsite Service Desk Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across multiple locations within the region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working autonomously, and delivering high-quality onsite support in a fast-paced environment.
As a Field Engineer, you will:
- Provide 2nd line onsite technical support for incidents and service requests
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, endpoint devices, and workplace technology
- Attend regional sites to carry out fault resolution, equipment replacement, and setups
- Act as a technical escalation point for 1st line support teams
- Support major incidents and contribute to problem management activities
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and asset records
- Work closely with Service Desk teams, Engineering, and third-party suppliers

Strong experience in a 2nd line or advanced IT support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills within enterprise or multi-site environments
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, printers, and meeting room technology
- Knowledge of identity and access management including MFA and permissions
- Ability to manage workload independently in a field-based role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
