At Bellsure, we work with architects, designers, quantity surveyors and developers to complete their projects by designing, making and installing high-quality cycle parking, street furniture and end-of-journey infrastructure – the finishing touches that really make shared spaces work.

You will be managing the fulfilment of bespoke street furniture projects including shelters and cycle storage across the UK from post contract design, procurement, logistics and installation to customer’s satisfaction on time and on budget.

Key Focus Areas/Responsibilities

Design coordination between main contractor’s design team, client’s architect, Bellsure internal design team and supply chain, including ability to read architectural and technical drawings
Pre-construction coordination – ensure Bellsure’s pre-construction and compliance team fulfil their obligations in a timely manner so that fulfilment can begin on time.
Procure bespoke fabrication and project specific products and services, from UK and international suppliers
Supply chain coordination of multiple suppliers into single project outcome.
Manage the installation process, including labour only subcontractors ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.
Flex available resources to meet customers frequently changing construction program.
Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and promote industry best practice for all aspects of compliance including writing site specific RAMS
Quality control of products prior to despatch, installation on site and snagging
Fulfil projects within estimator’s budgets, provide feedback and identify cost saving opportunities
Continuous improvement of internal processes, product designs and installation methods
Site visits as needed to proactively avoid issues, build customer relationships and ensure best outcomes
Positive, team first approach to all internal and external relationships – ability to collaborate with all stakeholders – Customers, Suppliers, Colleagues and management – for the best possible outcome to all situations
Focus on financial results to meet revenue targets including forecasting of order book fulfilment including assessed project payment applications

Skills and Attributes:

Willingness to go the extra mile to deliver Bellsure projects on time, on budget, on specification and give our customers a “WOW!” experience.
Manage the complete project journey after handover from sales – design, contract, procurement, manufacture, logistics and installation.
Ability to react in a timely manner to constantly changing construction programs to satisfy customer requirements and minimise waste/cost to Bellsure
Ability to communicate in a way that builds the customer’s trust in Bellsure
Ability to ‘tell the story’ – organise information gained and convey what is required to installers, colleagues and suppliers.
Care for the members of staff reporting to you
Ability to manage multiple projects in different stages of the project journey

Qualification Requirements:

SMSTS
CSCS
Level 6 NVQ in construction site management

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week
