Overview
We are seeking a multi-skilled, proactive and organised Training Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This will be a mixed role integrated with training and providing on the road care to our clients also.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programmes that enhance employee skills and organisational effectiveness. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in learning technologies and human resources, contributing significantly to our organisational growth and employee development initiatives.

Duties

Develop engaging training materials using tools such as Adobe Captivate and SharePoint to facilitate effective learning experiences.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions across various departments, ensuring content aligns with organisational goals.
Manage training records and data within our systems, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with HR and management teams to identify training needs and customise programmes accordingly.
Mentor employees through coaching sessions, fostering professional growth and skill enhancement.
Audit training for tracking progress and reporting on programme outcomes.
Organise virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring seamless logistics and participant engagement.
Create compelling presentations to communicate training objectives clearly to diverse audiences.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in learning technology and human resources.

Requirements

Proven experience in training coordination or a related role within a care environment.
Willing to train to a high standard in health and safety, first aid, medication and moving and handling. An in date train the trainer certification is desired, however we are willing to develop the right candidate.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Captivate, SharePoint, and other relevant learning management tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Demonstrated teaching or mentoring experience with a passion for developing others’ skills.
Familiarity with organisational human resources processes and systems
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Education, or related fields are desirable but not essential. This role offers an exciting chance to contribute meaningfully to our organisation’s learning culture while developing your professional expertise within a supportive environment.
