What You'll Do
- Work closely with the CEO and Managing Directors to develop and deliver a People strategy which enables commercial success.
- As part of Olidor's senior leadership team, contribute to wider business strategy.
- Translate strategy into actionable People plans for each business within the Group.
- Lead and coach the central Group People team (3 direct reports) and regional People team colleagues (2 indirect reports).
- Develop tailored employment policies for each business in the Group, overseeing compliance with changing employment legislation.
- Manage all People budgets and supplier/system contracts.
- Support acquisitions, integration and culture transformation.
- Advise on sensitive, complex or escalated ER matters.
- Lead on senior recruitment, including at Board level.
- Lead or oversee projects across a broad spectrum of HR activity including culture and engagement, learning and development, reward and recognition, health and wellbeing, equity and inclusion, talent acquisition, organisation design, internal comms, systems and processes.
- Work collaboratively with and coach senior stakeholders to develop highly engaged, high performing teams.
- Build on strong foundations to develop our culture and our employment brands.
- Positively represent the People function with a regular visible presence at all sites.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in a senior HR role, ideally supported with a CIPD L7 qualification or equivalent.
- Great leadership and team management skills.
- Commercial acumen.
- Experience in a fast paced, high growth SME, ideally including food manufacturing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own and others workload in a busy, varied role.
- A dedication to employee engagement as a key driver of high performance.

Reward Package: Competitive base (negotiable depending on skills and experience) + car/car allowance + bonus + benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, up to 2 days homeworking per week after initial training
Location: Olidor Head Office (Brusco, Offenham near Evesham) with regular travel to our other sites including Kent / Yorkshire / Cheltenham
