Overview

At Anderson Griffin Ltd, we are a professional and client-focused accountancy firm based in Cheltenham. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to our clients while maintaining a supportive and organised working environment.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Secretary to join our friendly team and provide essential administrative support in a busy office setting.

Key Responsibilities

Audio typing and preparation of letters, reports, and client documents
Answering telephone calls and handling client enquiries professionally
Managing diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules
Maintaining accurate filing systems and client records
Assisting with general office administration and data entry
Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
Managing incoming and outgoing post and emails
Supporting accountants and senior staff with administrative tasks
Ensuring confidentiality of all client information

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in a secretary, administrative assistant, or audio typist role
Fast and accurate audio typing skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Professional, reliable, and friendly manner
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
