About the Role
Bellissima Exclusive is a busy beauty and skin clinic in Guiseley, and we're looking for a Salon Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis.
This is a hands-on, active role at the heart of how the salon operates. You'll be supporting our therapists and reception team, looking after clients, and making sure everything runs smoothly throughout the day — across three floors and two buildings.
No beauty background is required. Full training is provided and the right attitude matters more than experience.
Working Hours
- Monday: 9:00am – 9:00pm (includes 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm (includes 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Total: 19 hours per week
Flexibility is required for occasional holiday and sickness cover. Some Saturday working may be needed on occasion.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and setting up treatment rooms for therapists throughout the day
- Keeping treatment rooms clean, organised and fully stocked
- Managing housekeeping duties across the salon
- Greeting clients and ensuring they feel looked after from arrival to departure
- Serving refreshments and attending to client comfort
- Checking clients have completed consultation forms before treatments
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels
- Organising treatment room allocations for clients and therapists
- Carrying out gel polish removals (full training provided)
- Supporting reception during busy periods and lunch breaks
- Answering calls and assisting with basic reception duties when required

Please note: This is a physically active role. You'll be on your feet for the majority of the day, moving between treatment rooms, carrying stock, and working across three floors with regular stair use. Please only apply if you are comfortable with the physical demands of the role.
Experience
A background in beauty therapy, hairdressing, or a salon environment is an advantage but not essential. Full training is provided for the right person.
