Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Ladies Academy Lead Teacher / Coach

Plan and deliver high-quality, modern training sessions tailored specifically to female player development.

Monitor players' academic progress and attendance, working with teaching staff to balance schoolwork and training.

Provide dedicated pastoral care and mentorship, championing the mental and physical well-being of female athletes.

Cultivate strong links with female professional academies, local clubs, and universities to secure progression pathways.

Ensure strict adherence to school safeguarding, health and safety, and player welfare policies.
