Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Operation Manager to join our team and support the smooth functioning of daily operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and develop leadership skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for operational excellence. You will work closely with senior management to coordinate activities, oversee administrative processes, and ensure that operational standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operational activities to ensure seamless business processes and service delivery to our online streamers
Support the coordination of administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
Maintain effective communication channels within teams and with external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Oversee customer service interactions to ensure positive experiences and address any issues promptly
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to support team productivity
Monitor operational procedures for efficiency improvements and implement best practices as directed by management

Experience

Proven experience in office administration or operational support roles with a focus on customer service and organizational tasks
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and IT systems relevant to office operations
Excellent communication skills in English; Turkish language skills are a plus but not mandatory
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience working in an office setting or administrative role is highly desirable
Familiarity with organizational tools and software that enhance workflow management is advantageous
