Pay - £28,000-£32,000 based on experience + Uncapped Commission

About Us
Tyne Trust Healthcare are a growing healthcare staffing provider specialising in care homes, support work services and nursing settings. With an established contractor base and ambitious expansion plans, we are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to help scale our workforce and develop new business opportunities.

The Role
This is a full 360 recruitment role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the full recruitment cycle. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality healthcare professionals while also developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle (360 desk) from business development through to placement
Proactively source, screen, and place healthcare successful candidates (e.g. carers, support workers, nurses)
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Identify and win new business opportunities within the healthcare sector in the North east
Manage compliance and onboarding processes in line with industry standards
Participate in the on-call rota to support clients and staff outside of standard hours
Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems
Ensure high levels of service delivery to both clients and candidates

Requirements

Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (essential)
Experience within healthcare recruitment is highly desirable
Strong business development and sales skills
Ability to work independently and manage a busy desk
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Resilient, target-driven, and motivated results
Willingness to take part in an on-call rota
