Job Title: Salon & Spa Receptionist / Coordinator (Part-Time – 3 Days per Week)
Location: South Causey Inn
Pay: Starting from £13.50 per hour

About Us:
We are a busy, welcoming salon and spa dedicated to delivering exceptional service and a premium client experience. We pride ourselves on professionalism, attention to detail, and creating a warm, relaxing environment for every guest.

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Salon & Spa Receptionist / Coordinator to join our team three days per week. You will be the face of our business, ensuring the smooth running of front of house operations while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing front of house and welcoming clients in a warm, professional manner
Serving drinks and refreshments to clients
Taking customer orders and attending to client needs throughout their visit
Handling bookings, cancellations, and appointment scheduling
Coordinating therapist/stylist diaries efficiently
Processing payments and managing the till
Responding to phone calls, emails, and online enquiries
Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintaining a clean, organised reception and retail area
Promoting retail products and services where appropriate

Requirements:

Proven experience in front of house, administration, and hospitality
Previous salon, spa, or similar environment experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Confident using booking systems and basic computer software
Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
