Inside Sales Account Manager

What you’ll achieve:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building business with existing customers while developing relationships with new clients.

You will:

Achieve sales targets by selling Dell solutions through outbound calling, consultation, and influential selling techniques.
Provide an exceptional experience to Small Business customers by advising them on technology solutions that help their business succeed.
Build and maintain strong business relationships through needs analyses, product education, and delivery of technical specifications.
Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues to support and streamline the sales process.

Essential Requirements

0–1 years of general sales or customer-facing professional experience.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Collaborative professional with strong communication, presentation, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Desirable Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
