Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Professional Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring a seamless dining experience. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff and baristas.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness.
Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure food safety standards are maintained by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques.
Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and transaction processing.
Familiarity with food preparation processes and kitchen operations is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and kitchen staff.
A positive attitude, energetic demeanor, and passion for delivering outstanding guest services.
