We’re looking for a compassionate, organised, and driven Care Coordinator to join our growing team at Right at Home Grantham & Newark. As a multi award-winning homecare provider, we put quality care and team wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.

As Care Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care by supporting our CareGivers and managing daily schedules effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

Handling daily office communications, calls, and changes efficiently
Supporting compliance and quality monitoring across the business
Support with care assessments, reviews, and updates to care plans where required
Coordinating care rotas with realistic travel time
Liaising with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Logging feedback, concerns, and updates promptly and accurately
Working closely with the management team to identify staffing needs
Screening applicantions for recruitment purposes
Assist with on-call duties as required

About You:

Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
Ideally 2 years experience working as a care coordinator for a Domiciliary Care Agency.
Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
Being a team player is extremely crucial to this role.
Able to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
