Due to continued growth, A. Parish Heating Ltd is looking for a skilled and reliable Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our expanding team based in Harrogate.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing and heating work, including:
- Boiler installations
- Boiler servicing, breakdowns and repairs
- Landlord Gas Safety Inspections (CP12)
- Heat pump installations
- Air conditioning installations
- Installation of unvented hot water cylinders
- Radiator and heating system installations
- Pipework and general plumbing repairs
You'll have the confidence to work independently when required while also contributing effectively as part of our installation team, delivering work to the highest standards.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Plumbing & Heating Engineer
- Current Gas Safe qualifications with strong knowledge of domestic gas heating systems
- Experience installing heat pumps and/or air conditioning systems is advantageous, although training can be provided
- Commercial Gas qualifications are desirable
- F-Gas Category 1 certification is desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A professional, reliable and positive attitude
- High standards of workmanship with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work efficiently, solve problems, and take pride in every job
- A full UK driving licence
- Their own hand tools
