We're looking for a proactive Trainee Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience overseeing projects, supporting sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and developing the leadership skills needed to progress into a management role.

About the Role

As a Trainee Project Manager, you'll work closely with senior team members to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects while helping drive business performance. You'll gain exposure to project management processes, team leadership, customer relations, sales strategy, and operational management.

This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organised, commercially minded, and eager to build a long-term career in management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects
Support sales initiatives and contribute to business growth objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines are achieved
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project delivery
Analyse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Support customer acquisition and retention strategies
Assist with team management and day-to-day operational activities
Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
