We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Sales & Admin Coordinator to join our vibrant HQ in Wimbledon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a GRADUATE to play a key role in supporting our sales operations, building customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic international brand.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing wholesale and direct-to-consumer order processing, ensuring seamless service for customers, distributors, and online buyers
Supporting sales across digital platforms and helping to grow our presence
Providing general administration to the sales team, including researching, pitching, and connecting with new business opportunities
Preparing and collating sales packs, and coordinating sample dispatches with couriers
Building and nurturing relationships with UK and international clients
Acting as a helpful, professional point of contact when handling phone calls for the business

What we’re looking for:

A strong academic background – graduates welcome!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and friendly phone manner
Strong attention to detail and the ability to master our ERP system
Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities
A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
A positive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn and develop
Sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
