Full job description

Overview:

We are seeking a talented PT Florist to join our central west end location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and a creative flair to design unique and beautiful displays. You need at least over 3 year experience in flowers bouquet arrangments and London relevant flower shop working experience.

Duties:

Support the store manager to deliver the retail strategy
Develop a seasonal product list of items be it hardware and vases through to bouquets
Curate the look and feel of the store to ensure we always have eye catching installations whilst profiling seasonal campaigns to drive sales
Ensure point of difference within the upper market sector
Keep the store up to date with current trends and ensure eye-catching designs.
Ensuring the store is kept to the highest standards
Support in the development of new contracts, events at London hotels and weddings. Sales leads can also be passed through to our Event Sales, Contract Sales, and Wedding Sales team to process when appropriate.
Follow budget to control costs and push sales to achieve and surpass targets.
Up hold Store Look and visual merchandising
Train and develop store team both on floral ability, product knowledge, trends and price points
Support in updating the web shop to ensure its current and fres
Design and create bespoke floral arrangements for weddings, events, and special occasions
Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect floral designs
Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the floral department
Coordinate with suppliers to source high-quality flowers and materials

Skills:

- Proven ability to sell floral arrangements and upsell additional products
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
- Proficiency in English;
- Strong background in garden/floral design and plant care
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
