Arcese is looking for an experienced and ambitious Warehouse Manager to lead operations for one of our prestigious clients within the luxury e-commerce sector. What You’ll Be Doing
As Warehouse Manager, you’ll take ownership of daily warehouse performance while ensuring service excellence across all operational activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading Operations
- Managing day-to-day warehouse activities across inbound, fulfilment, returns, and outbound operations
- Ensuring service levels, productivity targets, and shipping deadlines are consistently achieved
- Planning workforce requirements and allocating resources effectively to meet operational demand
- Identifying operational risks and proactively resolving bottlenecks
Managing & Developing Teams
- Leading, coaching, and supporting Team Leaders and warehouse teams
- Building a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Ensuring teams receive effective training and maintain operational knowledge across processes
Driving Performance & Improvement
- Monitoring KPIs and using data to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
- Leading operational projects, new service implementations, and business improvements
Building Strong Customer Relationships
- Acting as a key operational contact for our on-site customer
- Maintaining strong working relationships while ensuring service commitments and contractual expectations are met
- Delivering a customer-focused approach in all aspects of warehouse operations
Ensuring Compliance & Standards
- Driving adherence to health & safety, legal, and quality standards
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and operational governance
- Supporting a culture of operational excellence and best practice
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an experienced logistics professional with strong leadership capability and a passion for delivering operational excellence.
Essential experience:
✔ Previous experience managing e-commerce warehouse operations or logistics environments
✔ Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and fulfilment operations
✔ Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
✔ Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) — INFOLOG experience is beneficial
✔ Strong Excel and reporting skills
✔ Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure
✔ Experience working closely with customers within a logistics or contract environment
