Full job description

Scott Parnell is an independent builders merchants with depots across the country. The Witham office is our head office, largest branch and central accounts office. It is a busy, open plan and vibrant office offering a wealth of opportunities for somebody new to the work environment to grow and learn or equally a more experienced person happy in this environment.

We are currently recruiting for a part time administrator to join our busy accounts department

Duties will include;

Dealing with POD requests - requesting from suppliers and forwarding to customers as required
Sending invoices to customers via email
Sending and receiving emails via your own mailbox
Raising some invoices to customers
Taking payments by credit / debit card using our online portal
Office filing
Opening and sorting of incoming post
Assisting the rest of the accounts team wherever necessary

The right candidate will need to be available to work 20 hours per week, the exact hours per day are negotiable to fit with the persons individual circumstance however we would require you to be in the office daily, Monday through to Friday.

We will review applications on receipt and commence interviews as soon as we receive applications of interest. We will close advert as soon as we are confident we have recruited the right candidate.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
