Full job description

Job Overview
Easymix Concrete Ltd are looking to recruit a Concrete Plant Batcher. The successful candidate should be reliable, well organised, focused and able to work as part of team in a busy working environment.

Duties

Batch concrete to meet customer needs and quality requirements
Operate the batching plant to company standards
Ensure customer deliveries are planned to achieve maximum efficiency
Maintain a clean and tidy site and workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
Monitor equipment performance and report any issues promptly
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Assist in tracking material usage and reordering supplies as necessary, maintaining accurate material and stock records
Work alongside our Transport, Technical and Sales Teams to ensure high standards are met
Supervise staff and drivers to ensure maximum productivity while maintaining safety, quality and environmental compliance
Willingness to work flexible working hours to meet the needs of the business

Requirements

Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining safety standards
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Computer knowledge
Ability to operate a loading shovel or training can be given
Full, clean driving licence

Monday to Friday with Saturdays 7am-1pm (when required)
