Maintain animal health and welfare: Ensure all pigs are fed the correct diets, have access to clean water, and are treated for any sick or injured animals.
Daily husbandry duties: Carry out daily husbandry duties to a consistently high standard, including feeding, watering, and administering treatments.
Production performance support: Support strong production performance through attentive stock care and contribute to team discussions and farm operations.
Team collaboration: Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team, providing cover during staff holidays and absences.
Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and external partners, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, integrity, and alignment with company values.
Day-to-day duties: Feed pigs the correct diets, ensure continuous access to clean water, and maintain optimal environmental conditions.
Health and safety: Take responsibility for your own health and safety, and that of your colleagues, ensuring a safe working environment.
Work overtime: Be prepared to work overtime, including regular weekends, as and when required.
These responsibilities are essential for ensuring the health and productivity of the livestock and for maintaining high standards of animal welfare

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
