About Us:
Decron Ltd is a leading roofing and cladding contractor based in Clitheroe, Lancashire, with regional offices in Yorkshire, the Midlands and the North East, delivering services across the UK with the majority of our projects based in the North of England. Our focus is on customer service, quality in delivery and value for money.

The Position

With a commitment to the highest safety standards on construction sites, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a General Labourer / Driver. This position will be based out of our Clitheroe head office working on projects in Lancashire, Yorkshire, Midlands and the North East.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with metal roofing and cladding works on various sites across the UK
Perform physically demanding tasks and work safely at heights
Handle non-licensed asbestos materials with full training provided
Travel and stay overnight as required (with additional pay for overnight stays)

Requirements:

Must have a valid CSCS card (or be willing to obtain one before starting)
IPAF and UKATA B qualifications are essential
Telehandler Licence preferable but not essential
Full clean driving license is essential
Ability to travel to and from Clitheroe and existing sites
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

What We Offer:

Competitive daily pay above minimum wage, with overtime available on weekdays and weekends.
Company Pension
33 days holiday per annum (including public bank holidays)
Full training provided, including non-licensed asbestos handling, first aid, and opportunities to gain additional certifications (IPAF, skilled card, etc.) – all funded by the company.

Expected start date: ASAP
