Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Farm Workers. The ideal candidates will possess a strong willingness to learn and contribute to various agricultural tasks. This role involves working outdoors in a dynamic environment, performing essential duties related to crop production, animal care, and equipment maintenance.

Duties

milking ,calving cows , feeding calves and general jobs around the yard including telehandler work
Perform general maintenance and repair on farm equipment using hand tools and power tools.
Conduct routine inspections of farm facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient farm operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in dairy farming or agricultural work is preferred
Calf feeding experience
Calving cows and identifying sick cows
Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and maintenance is beneficial.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
A strong commitment to animal care and welfare is essential.
