ChloRaCo Healthcare Ltd is a UK-based pharmaceutical wholesaler supplying medicines to international markets, with a focus on addressing unmet patient needs.
Working within regulated pharmaceutical supply chains, we partner with manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure the safe, compliant, and reliable international supply of medicinal products.
Operating from our purpose-built facility in Accrington, we are continuing to grow our internal team and are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to support both operational and GDP-related quality activities within the business.
The Role
This is a varied role supporting day-to-day pharmaceutical operations and quality processes within a regulated environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors and wider team to support compliant international supply of medicinal products.
This role would suit someone who has a background in quality but is commercially aware, detail-focused, calm under pressure, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a growing pharmaceutical business.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the ChloRaCo Healthcare team with day-to-day operational and compliance activities
- Supporting the Responsible Person (RP) with day-to-day GDP compliance activities
- Assisting with maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Management and filing of GDP documentation and records
- Review and processing of supplier and customer qualification documents
- Supporting temperature-controlled shipment activities and transport documentation
- Supporting temperature excursion investigations and follow-up actions
- Coordination and filing of transport temperature monitoring data
- Assisting with deviation, CAPA, and complaint documentation
- Supporting preparation and maintenance of SOPs and quality records
- Maintaining training records and compliance documentation
- Assisting with audit preparation and document retrieval
- Supporting batch traceability and document reconciliation activities
- Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation for export shipments
- Supporting customer onboarding and compliance checks
- Liaising with customers and logistics providers regarding temperature-controlled shipments
- Supporting product research activities for customer enquiries
- Supporting review and completion of quality documentation relating to pharmaceutical shipments
- Supporting ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of GDP processes and systems
- Promoting a strong quality and compliance culture within day-to-day operations
- Escalating potential quality or compliance concerns appropriately
- Take ownership of assigned quality and compliance activities including risk assessments
- Work cross-functionally with commercial and warehouse teams to support compliant supply operations
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience within pharmaceutical quality, operations, logistics or administration in a regulated environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Confident communication skills with a professional approach
- Comfortable working within a regulated or process-driven environment
- Proactive and dependable with a strong work ethic
Desirable
- Experience within pharmaceuticals or healthcare
- Exposure to GDP, quality systems, deviations, CAPAs, or SOPs
- Experience supporting temperature-controlled supply chains
- Experience working with regulated documentation and compliance records
