We are looking for a confident, organised and self-motivated Events & Digital Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of Oakley’s day-to-day marketing activity, coordinate events and exhibitions, manage digital content, and keep internal and external actions moving.
About Oakley Food Projects
Oakley Food Projects is a design-and-build partner working with food, drink and pharmaceutical manufacturers across the UK.
Since 2012, we have built a strong reputation as turnkey factory fit-out specialists, managing projects from concept and design through to build, handover and operation.
As we continue to grow, we want our marketing, content and events to better reflect the quality of our work, support our sales activity and help us target leading UK food and beverage brands.
Role Overview
We are looking for a practical, organised and self-motivated Marketing & Events Coordinator to help keep our marketing activity moving.
This is a hands-on role covering social media, website updates, blogs, case studies, exhibitions, networking events, HubSpot campaigns, sales collateral and external supplier coordination.
A key part of the role will be taking input, ideas and feedback from multiple people across the business, then using your initiative to turn this into clear priorities and completed actions.
You will need good design judgement and an eye for what looks right across social media, presentations and marketing collateral. You will not be expected to do every specialist task yourself, but you will need enough practical knowledge to brief suppliers properly, make simple updates and maintain the quality of our output.
This role would suit someone confident, outgoing and highly organised, who enjoys taking ownership and keeping several moving parts under control.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the role is to make sure Oakley’s marketing activity is consistent, organised and delivered properly.
Key outcomes:
- Keep social media active, relevant and visually strong
- Turn input from multiple people into clear priorities and actions

- Keep brochures, presentations and sales collateral up to date
- Coordinate external marketing suppliers and consultants
- Support business development and sales with useful content
- Keep directors and shareholders updated on progress
