Experienced Cocktail Bartender – Cocktail Bar & Restaurant, Claytons & The Glasshouse

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal.

Claytons & The Glasshouse is looking for experienced, passionate bartenders to join our busy and professional team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, premium cocktail bar environment where exceptional drinks, outstanding service, and memorable guest experiences are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for individuals with strong cocktail-making skills, a good knowledge of wines and spirits, and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. If you take pride in your craft, thrive under pressure, and enjoy creating great experiences for guests, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience working behind a busy bar or cocktail bar.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player.
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and soft drinks to a high standard.
Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging customer service.
Make recommendations and confidently discuss drinks with guests.
Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar.
Follow licensing, food safety, and responsible service procedures.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
