Full job description

DRIVERS WITH OWN VEHICLE ONLY - NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT OR FOOTPATH ACCESS. CO5 7RZ

Shifts

Monday and Tuesday - 3:30pm to 7pm OR 4pm to 7:30pm - £14.00 per hour, paid monthly.

All equipment at site - Training provided - Uniform provided.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across an office environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy contributing to a well-maintained space.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
Ensure waste disposal is handled efficiently and responsibly
Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning materials as needed
Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or hazards
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure standards are met

Requirements

Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact with colleagues or clients
Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude
Valid driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between sites
Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
