En-Gen Diesel Products Limited is seeking a Trainee Parts & Logistics Co-ordinator to join our team!

Job Description:

To learn all relevant sales and logistic responsibilities and activities required of you.

You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at all times, delivering a quality and efficient service and the correct product to meet their requirements.

As this is a trainee role to begin with, all training and support will be provided to allow you to progress.

Performance and Salary review will be completed annually.

Essential Functions:

Creating and preparing new sales plans and strategies
Generating new parts sales business
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
Make sales calls to new and existing customers
Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers
Negotiating with clients and suppliers
Develop sales proposals
Participate in sales events as and when required
Collecting customer feedback to provide to your line manager
Creating new ideas to implement to ensure a better customer experience
Responsible for looking after all customer enquiries through your own mailbox and assisting with enquiries in the shared sales/online shop mailboxes
Grow an understanding of both importing and exporting
Dealing with any customer concerns/complaints in a timely manner
Completing tasks set by line manager
Assisting in receiving and dispatching goods as and when required

Key Skills:

Ability to work within a team to reach departmental goals
Planning and strategizing
Adaptability
Good communication skills and telephone manner
Good IT Skills (Use of Excel, Word, Outlook)
Persuasiveness
Negotiation skills
Hard working, dedicated and goal driven

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 16:30pm

Friday: 8:00am to 16:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Great Yarmouth NR31 0NF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
