Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and Dispatch departments by performing various tasks related to the handling, storage, and distribution of goods. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 07.30-16.00

Friday 07.00-12.00

Responsibilities

Load and unload goods from lorries and containers.
Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Stock shelves and maintain an organised inventory.
Supply machinery with materials to fulfil upcoming workloads.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Handle materials with care to prevent damage during transportation.
Assist in packing, shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with quality control processes is advantageous.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg).
Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating equipment effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
