Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Leasing Manager to lead our leasing operations and drive occupancy growth. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants. Your expertise in property management systems, exceptional communication skills, and proactive approach will help maximize revenue and foster positive relationships with residents. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence community growth and contribute to a vibrant living environment.

Duties

Manage the entire leasing cycle, including responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Utilize property management software to input data accurately, track leads, and generate reports.
Conduct property tours, highlighting features and amenities to upsell available units effectively.
Maintain organized records of all leasing activities, applications, and resident information through efficient data entry.
Collaborate with the office team to coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with prospects and residents to foster positive relationships.
Assist in marketing efforts by promoting available units and amenities through various channels to increase occupancy rates.

Qualifications

Proven experience with property management software.
Strong office experience with a focus on data entry and administrative tasks.
Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
Prior experience in leasing or real estate is preferred; a background in property management is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize unit occupancy and revenue.
Basic understanding of data entry procedures and office procedures is essential.
