About the Role and our Ideal Candidate
The Sub-Regional Long Term Rough Sleeper Coordinator will identify funding opportunities, bid for funding, and initiate, develop, and implement shared services and initiatives across the South West London boroughs, aimed at preventing and tackling rough sleeping. They will manage and monitor these services, ensuring successful delivery, uptake by boroughs, and achievement of intended outcomes. The role also involves supporting boroughs in their use of, and engagement with, sub-regional services, initiatives, and forums pertinent to ending rough sleeping.
This role reports directly to the Corporate Head of Community Housing and will work closely with the Sub Regional Ending Homelessness Accelerator Programme Implementation Lead. Our goal is to work with the various boroughs and the community at large to bring about tangible, lasting changes and provide secure and safe housing for everyone in South West London.

The post is based the Community Housing service at Kingston Council, but will cover the six boroughs in the South West London region, alongside working with key statutory and voluntary sector partners on reducing rough sleeping numbers and participating in pan-London Ending Homelessness Accelerator Programme.
