Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and safety. Your leadership will drive the success of the hotel by fostering a welcoming environment, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining strong guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with extensive hotel experience, excellent communication skills in multiple languages, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Duties

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
Lead and supervise staff to ensure high-quality guest services and adherence to company standards.
Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development.
Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service and prompt resolution of issues.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement of supplies and equipment.
Monitor financial performance, control budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations at all times.
Communicate effectively with guests in multiple languages or bilingual settings to meet diverse needs.
Implement marketing initiatives to attract new guests and retain loyal clientele.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management roles.
Extensive hotel experience with a strong understanding of guest services standards.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment.
Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively.
Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee relations.
Experience managing budgets, financial reports, and operational metrics in a hospitality setting.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest engagement and team coordination.
