Full job description

Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced and motivated Band 6 Dermatology Nurse to join our specialist Dermatology team.
The post holder will support the Clinical Nurse Specialist/Dermatology Lead Nurse in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and will deputise in their absence. The role requires strong clinical leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based care.

Lead and deliver high standards of dermatology nursing care

Act as a clinical role model and provide leadership to junior staff

Support coordination of care within the multidisciplinary team

Participate in clinical audit, service improvement, and quality initiatives

Ensure patient care is delivered in accordance with Trust policies and NMC standards
