Full job description

Curchods are Surrey’s leading independent estate agency, with a proud reputation built over more than 80 years of delivering exceptional results across residential sales, lettings, land and new homes.

Due to continued growth within our Land & New Homes division, we are looking for an ambitious, polished and highly motivated New Homes Negotiator to join our expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside respected developers and represent some of the region’s most sought-after new build developments, from boutique schemes to high-end luxury homes across Surrey and south west London.

The Role

You will be responsible for driving sales across a range of new homes developments, managing buyers through the full sales journey and delivering the premium customer experience that Curchods is known for.

The role will include:

Conducting viewings and site appointments
Managing buyer enquiries and nurturing sales leads
Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to exchange
Building strong relationships with developers, buyers and solicitors
Assisting with launch events and marketing initiatives
Maintaining exceptional presentation standards on-site and within marketing suites
Delivering a consultative, customer-first approach at every stage

About You

We are looking for someone who is energetic, commercially minded and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in estate agency or new homes sales
A proven track record of winning business and delivering results
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A professional and confident manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
A genuine passion for property and customer service

Experience within the Surrey or south west London property market would be advantageous, although attitude and ambition are equally important.
