Overview
We are seeking a reliable and diligent CSCS Labourer with an Enhanced DBS check to join our construction team. This role involves supporting various on-site tasks to ensure smooth project progression and maintaining high safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their construction skills within a professional setting.

Responsibilities

Assisting with general site clearance, including moving materials and debris
Supporting tradespeople by preparing and organising tools and equipment
Ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Assisting with loading and unloading materials using manual handling techniques
Supporting the setup of temporary structures or barriers as required
Adhering strictly to safety protocols at all times to minimise risks on site
Reporting any hazards or concerns to the site supervisor promptly

Experience

Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar construction support role is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
Valid CSCS card with an enhanced DBS check is mandatory (Enhanced DBS check within the last 3 months.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Good physical fitness and stamina for manual tasks over extended periods
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment

This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to gain practical experience in the construction industry while contributing to high-quality project delivery.

Pay: £14.50-£16.75 per hour
