Join Our Butchery Team

We’re a busy, traditional butcher’s shop looking for a new team member to join the block. If you love good food, working with your hands, and being part of a fast-paced team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you.

This isn’t just slicing chops behind a counter. We do things properly.

What We Do

Whole carcass butchery
Make our own sausages and burgers in-house
Prepare marinades and value-added products
Serve customers who genuinely appreciate quality meat and good banter
Work hard, laugh often, and keep standards high

The Role

You’ll be involved in all aspects of the shop, from preparation and production to customer service and keeping the counters looking top-class. No two days are the same.

What We’re Looking For

Butchery experience preferred
Passion for food and willingness to learn
Good work ethic and team attitude
Someone who can handle a busy environment and crack on when it gets hectic
Apprentice applications welcome for the right candidate with the right attitude
