Key Responsibilities

Inspect piping fabrication activities.
Verify piping materials, fittings, valves, flanges, gaskets, and supports against approved material specifications and isometric drawings.
Review piping isometric drawings.
Carry out pipe spool inspections using MLTech inspection system.
Verify alignment, orientation, dimensions, slope, and routing of piping systems.
Inspect pipe supports for compliance with design requirements.
Ensure correct material grades, schedules, ratings, and specifications are used.
Witness hydrostatic pressure testing.
Verify test package documentation and procedures.
Inspect pipe spools for cleanliness throughout fabrication.
Prepare inspection reports and quality records.
Maintain inspection logs and test reports.
Document none-conformities and corrective actions.
Review contractor quality documentation.
Submit inspection reports to project management and clients.

Qualifications

Experience

10 years' experience in the Engineering, Construction or Manufacturing industry.

Pay: £25.33 per hour
