About Us
We are a fast-growing e-commerce business supplying customers across the UK. With increasing order volumes and new sales channels launching, including TikTok Shop, we are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of our day-to-day warehouse operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a small team, improving processes and making a real impact within a growing business.
The Role
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time while managing a small warehouse team.
This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, working alongside the team while taking responsibility for planning, performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily running of the warehouse operation
- Create and manage staff rotas and holiday planning
- Allocate daily tasks and priorities to the team
- Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs
- Ensure customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time
- Train, develop and support warehouse staff
- Maintain high standards of stock accuracy and organisation
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
- Support the implementation and ongoing use of our warehouse management system
- Help with customer order queries and general enquiries
- Contact customers by phone where required regarding their orders
- Respond to and manage warehouse-related phone enquiries
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience supervising or managing a warehouse team
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Experience managing rotas and staff performance
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Good understanding of warehouse KPIs and productivity measures
- Comfortable using warehouse and inventory management systems
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved in day-to-day operations
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable
- Experience within e-commerce fulfilment
- Experience using warehouse management systems
- Experience managing growth and increasing order volumes
