We are currently looking for a Cook or Fryer with good communication skills, ability to work unsurpervised and relevant qualifcations . The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, and be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing fried foods to high standards, as well as ensuring that all safety and sanitation protocols are followed. The Fryer must also be able to maintain a clean work area and adhere to all safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare food for customers according to their orders.
Stock taking
Preparing Sauces
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Monitor and adjust fryer temperatures as needed.
Cutting Fish and Chipping potatoes
Ensure that all food items are cooked to the proper temperature.
Check food for freshness and discard any expired items.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
