As a Sales & Events Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our Commercial team, supporting the Sales & Events Executives and wider department to deliver exceptional customer service, seamless administration and outstanding events.

From luxury residential conferences and international meetings to gala dinners, product launches and celebrations, you'll help ensure every client journey runs smoothly from enquiry through to event delivery.

What You'll Do

As a Sales & Events Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the commercial success of the department through excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative support to the Sales & Events team throughout the customer journey.
Assisting with the coordination of Meetings & Events enquiries, proposals, contracts and client documentation.
Preparing function sheets, event paperwork and internal communication to support successful event delivery.
Maintaining accurate customer records, bookings and activity within Delphi.
Supporting the team with customer follow-up, correspondence and diary management.
Coordinating hotel show rounds and assisting with client visits.
Liaising with Revenue, Operations, Food & Beverage and other hotel departments to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly.
Preparing reports, forecasts and departmental administration as required.
Monitoring inboxes and ensuring enquiries are allocated and responded to efficiently.
Providing a warm, professional and welcoming experience for every client from first enquiry through to event completion.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys organisation, customer service and being part of a collaborative commercial team.

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience within hospitality, administration, Meetings & Events or hotel operations.
Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, proactive and team-focused approach.
Confidence communicating with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Experience using Delphi, Opera, Salesforce or similar hotel systems would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Located in Bankside, London’s cultural quarter, Hilton Bankside is a multi-award winning, next generation, design-led hotel.
